The Black tree returns

(This is a painfully simple summary)
Episode opens with pans through the hotel halls and rooms clearly showing no ghosts. Abadon refuses to leave the kitchen cabinet because The Black Tree had returned. Cut to theme.
Smthn, smthn, Meet the reaper.
A phooka-like creature that is the only exception to the strange human-ghost-demon rock paper scizors. It guides the dead from the living world to the afterlife, and whenever is has appeared at the hotel. Tragedy always follows.
In reality all the tragedies are caused by the living doing stupid things in response to the Black Tree. It hunts rogue ghosts, usually dragging them to hell. Using it's sythe-like claws it can force a ghost to finish its buisness or erase it from existance by consuming their soul.
Instead of actively hunting anyone, or being sent from hell to retrieve abbadon, It's just doing its centennial visit. Only stoppping by the Undervale Hotel as it goes down the list of most haunted places on earth. Bramuda triangle, Hoia Baciu Forest, Tower of london, Gravity falls, Island of the dolls, Aokigahara Forest, insert name of any other extremely haunted place. The Reaper only stops by these places as a charity, offering the trapped and wandering ghosts an "Easy" way out. Unless given a bounty it usually just sleeps, but at the end of the episode, it ends up becoming I.T. for the hotel.
